Centralia Shooting Suspect at Large

20 year old David Serrano-Mosso of Centralia, is being sought as a suspect in an earlier Centralia area shooting.  On 11/29/16, at approximately 1442 hours, deputies were dispatched to a shooting incident at an apartment complex in the 3100 block of Ives Road in Centralia. The investigation revealed the 19 year old male victim was outside the office area of the complex when Serrano-Mosso arrived as a passenger in a white SUV.  Serrano-Mosso called out to the victim, and when he approached, Serrano-Mosso fired one round from a handgun, grazing the victim’s leg.  The victim and the suspect are acquaintances and have only known each other for a few months.

The white SUV and driver have been located by investigators, however Serrano-Mosso remains a fugitive.  Probable cause exists for Assault in the 1st Degree.  Anyone having information on the whereabouts of Serrano-Mosso should contact the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office at (360) 748-9286, or Lewis County Communications at (360) 740-1105.
