Centralia Shooting Suspect In-Custody

Shooting suspect David Serrano-Mosso has been taken into custody.  Around 2130 hours on 11/30/16, law enforcement officers with the Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team (JNET), the Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Team, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Tumwater Police Department located Serrano-Mosso at a motel in the Tumwater area.  He was taken into custody without incident and will be booked in the Lewis County Jail on his Lewis County Superior Court warrant for Assault 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Firearms 1st Degree, and Drive by Shooting.  His bail is set at $1,000,000.

Centralia Shooting Suspect at Large

An arrest warrant has been issued for 20 year old David Serrano-Mosso of Centralia in reference to Tuesday afternoon’s shooting in the 3100 block of Ives Road, Centralia.  The warrant was issued in Lewis County Superior Court for Assault 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Firearms 1st Degree, and Drive by Shooting.   The bail has been set at $1,000,000. 

Anyone rendering aid or assistance to Serrano-Mosso may be charged with Rendering Criminal Assistance in the 1st Degree, a class B felony.

Centralia Shooting Suspect at Large

20 year old David Serrano-Mosso of Centralia, is being sought as a suspect in an earlier Centralia area shooting.  On 11/29/16, at approximately 1442 hours, deputies were dispatched to a shooting incident at an apartment complex in the 3100 block of Ives Road in Centralia. The investigation revealed the 19 year old male victim was outside the office area of the complex when Serrano-Mosso arrived as a passenger in a white SUV.  Serrano-Mosso called out to the victim, and when he approached, Serrano-Mosso fired one round from a handgun, grazing the victim’s leg.  The victim and the suspect are acquaintances and have only known each other for a few months.     

 

The white SUV and driver have been located by investigators, however Serrano-Mosso remains a fugitive.  Probable cause exists for Assault in the 1st Degree.  Anyone having information on the whereabouts of Serrano-Mosso should contact the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office at (360) 748-9286, or Lewis County Communications at (360) 740-1105.
