Outgoing Phone Calls

In Custody youth are allowed to make outgoing phone calls using a telephone system that assesses a fee to the receiving party.

Detention Staff do not accept incoming messages from parents, legal guardians, friends, other family members etc. for detained youth.

Detention Staff will accept incoming messages from attorneys, case/social workers, Guardian ad Litems, Police Officers, and other public agencies representing the youth.

In case of family emergencies, please contact the youth's Probation Officer.
