The assessment/lien date for Assessment Year 2011 is 1/1/2011. This means your assessed value should reflect 100% market value of your property as of 1/1/2011. The information provided on this page reflects vacant land and residential improved properties which sold in calendar year 2010, the preceding 12 months prior to the assessment/lien date. These transactions were considered to best reflect the current market. Citizens using this information should perform their own research to verify each transaction is “arm’s length”. The East End report includes the following school districts: Eatonville, Evaline, Morton, Mossyrock, and White Pass. The SW Lewis County report includes the following school districts: Adna, Castle Rock, Pe Ell, Toledo, and Winlock. These school districts were combined into a larger report because there was limited data for each of these areas. Each report is currently sorted by the following criteria in order: School District, House Style, Living Area, Year Built and Attached Garage.
The LIVING AREA column is the sum of the square feet (sq. ft.) of area for the main, upper and all lower floors of the main residence. Portions of this area may be finished or unfinished. Citizens using this information should perform their own research to verify that the characteristics reflect the property at the time of sale.
The Land Sales report includes all sales considered by the Assessor’s office for Assessment Year 2011. All areas are reported in the same sales report.
