Excellent Reminder!

Much thanks to The Farm Store for reminding us all that fall is an excellent time to resume our efforts in weed control.

And they definitely aren't lying! As moisture increases and temperatures remain moderate, all those weeds are getting ready for fall by moving nutrients into their root systems, making it a prime time to apply herbicidal treatments for a big impact!

Also, if you have some problematic noxious weeds on your property and you are ready to get treating, talk to us about the new Stewardship Incentive Program that is available to all Lewis County land owners to help cover some of the cost of herbicides with a "mini" grant from Lewis County Noxious Weed Control Board.
