Scrap Metal Recycling Event near Vader and Winlock today
Saturday, June 7, 2025 - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Lewis County residents may recycle scrap metal and household appliances for free at the old solid waste drop box at 1105 Winlock-Vader Road from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 7 at a special recycling event organized by the City of Vader and Lewis County Solid Waste Utility. Household appliances accepted in the recycling containers at the event include washers, dryers, hot water heaters, stoves/ranges, and dish washers. Please set refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units aside in a designated area at the event. Please make sure all appliances recycled are free of garbage and debris.
