Repair & Sustainability Fair for Earth Day 2023!
Saturday, April 22, 2023 - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In honor of Earth Day, the WSU Lewis County Master Recycler Composter volunteers are teaming up with Centralia College, the Lewis County Solid Waste Utility and others in the community to bring the first ever Repair & Sustainability Fair to the area.
If you have something around your home that needs to be fixed, don't throw it out and bury it in the landfill forever. Bring it to the Repair Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Earth Day, April 22, at Centralia College's Swift Center, SWFT 108. Volunteers will be on hand to do their best to make the repairs and teach you how to do it in the process.
Bring in any small household items, such as:
Chairs and tables
Chainsaws
Blenders, coffee makers, lamps, and fans
Bicycles, bike tires, air mattresses
Clothing and curtains, ripped or needing minor alterations
Tool sharpening
Repairs will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
