Please submit FOUR copies of your Statement of Qualifications to: Tim Fife, PE, Lewis County Public Works, 2025 NE Kresky Avenue, Chehalis, WA 98532 no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 27, 2021. Submittals will not be accepted after that time and date.
