NOTE: Only contractors listed in Lewis County’s Small Works Roster for “Excavating, Grading & Road Construction” and meeting the qualifications of the 2008 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, and APWA Supplement, are eligible to bid.
