Notice of a Hearing before the Board of Lewis County Solid Waste Disposal District No. 1,  for Resolution No. 005-12, Whereas, RCW 36.58.130 authorizes a Solid Waste Disposal District to collect fees necessary to pay for the handling and disposal of solid waste. The hearing is scheduled for January 28, 2013 at or after the hour of 1:30 pm at the Lewis County
