In the "Your Network" drop down menu, choose PDP PLUS as the option, enter the zip code of the search area and then select FIND.

If your dentist is NOT on the list, please phone your dentist and ask, using this specific language, "Is my dentist a contracted In-Network provider with MetLife?"

If you ask, "Do you take MetLife", they may say yes and not be contracted as In-Network.

VSP Vision:

The PEBB Program’s annual open enrollment begins October 27, 2025.

The Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program’s annual open enrollment runs from 12 a.m. October 27, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. on November 24. Please take note of these dates so you don’t miss your chance to make benefit changes.

Open enrollment is a time when you can make changes to your health plans and benefit enrollment. The changes you make during open enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2026. This means your current enrollment stays the same through December 31, 2025.

Changes you can make

During annual open enrollment, you can:

  • Change your medical plan
  • Change your dental plan
  • Change your vision plan
  • Add or remove dependents
  • Attest to the spouse or state-registered domestic partner coverage premium surcharge for 2026, if required
  • Enroll or reenroll in the Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) through WageWorks/Health Equity
  • Enroll in medical coverage, if waived
  • Waive your medical coverage if you are enrolled in another employer-based group medical plan, TRICARE, or Medicare

TEAMSTERS/NW Administrators

For those who are enrolled into Teamsters/NW Administrators, annual enrollment is November 1, 2025 - December 15, 2025. Changes you make will be effective January 1, 2026.

During annual enrollment, ALL participants are REQUIRED to re-enroll and confirm/update their enrollment information by logging into their NW Administrators online account.

Just log in or register and select Annual Enrollment and follow the steps: NW Administrators Website.

Participants can also access and print a paper enrollment form at Annual Enrollment- Teamsters Welfare Trust.

Summary of PPO and Kaiser plans will be provided upon availability.

Open Enrollment for the Sheriff's Deputies is November 10th through November 30th.

Please complete plan documents and submit to Chloe Nugent in Human Resources, either by interoffice mail or in-person.
