Meet Arny Davis - Lewis County Treasurer Arny Davis was elected as Lewis County Treasurer and assumed office in January of 2015. He is the 28th treasurer to serve since 1850. Arny served as Chief Deputy Treasurer for two and a half years prior to becoming Lewis County Treasurer.
