Video Appearance Links for Criminal Proceedings

If you need to arrange for a remote appearance, you will need to contact the court at 360-740-1203 at least two (2) days in advance of your hearing to verify the judicial officer and to notify the court of your intent to appear via video. Failure to notify the court of your intent to appear via video may result in a failure to appear as it is not guaranteed Webex will be initiated for every calendar.

The following links may be used to appear remotely in court via Webex for criminal proceedings when authorized by court rule or a judge. Physical presence is required at most arraignments (see LLCrRLJ 4.1(g)), all stages of trial, imposition of sentence and certain probation hearings. If you are unsure whether you are required to be physically present, you should contact your attorney. If you do not have an attorney, refer to CrRLJ 3.4. Court staff is not permitted to advise you whether a particular hearing requires your physical presence.
