Minutes, Resolutions and Ordinances

Lewis County’s “BOCC Documents & Records” portal allows you to search for Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) minutes, resolutions, ordinances and proclamations.

Click here to access the portal, which will allow you to select from the following:

• “Minutes (BOCC Quorum Meetings),” which includes minutes from all meetings—excluding the Board of County Commissioners’ (BOCC) weekly legislative meeting (the “BOCC Business Meeting”)—from 2010 to present.
• “Resolutions, Ordinances and Legislative Meeting Minutes,” which includes proclamations, minutes, resolutions and ordinances from the weekly legislative meeting (the “BOCC Business Meeting”) from 2015 to present. (Videos of the BOCC Business Meetings also are available by clicking here.)
• “BOCC Advanced Search,” which allows you to narrow your search by date, topic, key words, etc.
