Commissioner Lindsey Pollock, DVM, appreciates the opportunity to serve the residents of Lewis County, which she proudly calls her life-long home.

Commissioner Pollock prioritizes how today’s decisions will have long-term impacts on the future of the county. She has championed work on local natural resources, including the development of water banks to benefit future generations.

Commissioner Pollock grew up in Boistfort and attended W.F. West High School before earning a bachelor’s degree and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Washington State University (WSU). In addition to her service as commissioner, she has practiced veterinary medicine for more than two decades, owning and operating Rolling Hills Veterinary Clinic in Winlock.

Commissioner Pollock represents District 2, which covers southwest Lewis County. She is chair of the Lewis County Board of Health and Second Vice Chair of the Washington State County Roads Administration Board and serves on the Community Partners/Industrial Committee, the Washington Timber Counties Board, Water Resource Inventory Areas watershed management projects, Lewis County Broadband Action Team, Secure Rural Schools Coalition, and Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization.

Commissioner Pollock has taken pride in building a resilient home and farm in Winlock with her husband Scott. She spends her free time expanding her food-raising techniques and exploring different food preservation modalities. The Pollocks have a dog and cat on their small farm.
