Hearing: Transfers from Open Space Timber Land to Open Space Farm & Agriculture
Tuesday, March 13, 2012 - 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Revenue proposes to grant to the County Assessor the authority to approve transfer applications from Open Space Timber Land to Open Space Farm and Agriculture for certain lands in Lewis County. 2 parcels will be considered for transfer to the special classification on this day.
NOTICE is also given that a public hearing on these proposed classifications of lands will be held in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room located in the Courthouse on Main Street, Chehalis, Washington on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at which time and place any person may appear to be heard, either for or against the granting of the same. Publication of this hearing appeared in the East County Journal on Wednesday February 22, 2012.
