Hearing: Open Space Farm and Agricultural Land Classification
Tuesday, March 13, 2012 - 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Revenue proposes to grant to the County Assessor the authority to classify certain lands in Lewis County as Agricultural land for assessment under Open Space Farm and Agricultural Land Classification. 30 parcels will be considered for the special classification on this day.
NOTICE is also given that a public hearing on these proposed classifications of lands will be held in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room located in the Courthouse on Main Street, Chehalis, Washington on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at which time and place any person may appear to be heard, either for or against the granting of the same. Publication of this hearing appeared in the East County Journal on Wednesday February 22, 2012.
