The Lewis County Juvenile Individual Treatment Court is a court-managed designed to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional criminal case processing. This program focuses on the needs of the youth and coming up with an individual treatment plan. It may be offered if you are have a criminal referral and have an SUD and/or MH need. This program is pre-conviction and requires family participation. If you are eligible and choose to participate in this program, you must be willing to commit to the entire program. The program may …
