    Residents may bring up to 5 bags or boxes or sensitive documents they would like to have shredded. This is a free community service. The shredded paper will be recycled at a paper recycling facility.     "Which list is which?" Every year, the Washington State Weed Board adopts a noxious weed list, which goes into effect on the first of January. In the following months, meaning the early months of each year, the Lewis County Noxious Weed Control Board adopts its own, county-level, weed list.
