    Lewis County Maintenance & Operations is comprised of two separate divisions; Fleet Services and Road Maintenance. The Fleet Services Division is responsible for purchasing, liquidating, and mechanically maintaining the entire fleet of rolling stock and off road equipment.     The office has Reserve Deputy Coroner Academy which is a volunteer, non-paid position. The training consists of classroom, office responsibilities, ride along with law enforcement, observing dispatch and assisting Deputy Coroners on calls and in office.Reserve Deputy Coroners ride along with Deputy Coroners to scenes and assist with investigations under the supervision of the Deputy Coroner.
