The Planned Growth Committee (PGC) is made up of the Mayor, or their designee, from each city in Lewis County and the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners. Community Recycle Event at the Lewis County Road Shop, 111 Pleasant Valley Road, Winlock, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.Satellite Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event: Residential customers may drop off their unwanted or leftover cleaners, aerosol cans, lawn, garden, pool chemicals, and other household chemicals. Please be prepared to leave your containers at the event. Workers don't have a place to empty them, and return them to customers at satellite events. Holiday recycling event starts in Centralia
Residents can drop off their Christmas trees and burned out holiday lights starting today, Saturday and Sunday of this week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parking lot outside the Centralia transfer station at 1411 S. Tower Ave. The event will continue for three consecutive weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Please remove all decorations and tinsel from the trees. Lewis County Superior Court is a state trial court of general jurisdiction situated in Lewis County.
