The Lewis County Solid Waste Utility is a division of the Lewis County Department of Public Works. The Washington State noxious weed law, RCW 17.10, mandates that it is each landowners' responsibility to control or eradicate noxious weeds on their property and to prevent infestations from spreading to adjacent properties.
