    Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are closed on Thursday, December 25 for the Christmas Day Holiday. Transfer stations will resume their regular hours on Friday, Dec. 26. Centralia is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In-bound gates in Centralia close 15 minutes prior to facility closure.; Morton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Washington State Retail Food Code The Washington State Retail Food Code addresses current foodborne illness risks and the best methods for prevention in restaurants and many other types of food service establishments.Most food establishments are now required to have a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on staff.
