Planning Commission Public Sign-Up Form

This form is for the public to sign up to provide oral testimony at an upcoming Planning Commission hearing. Once you have submitted the form, your name will be on a list to provide testimony and you will be called on during the meeting. You may attend the meeting in person or via Zoom to provide your testimony. Please visit the Planning Commission webpage for more information about attending the meetings.
