    The Property and Evidence Office is located off-site from the Law and Justice Center. Property items may be picked up Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) by appointment only. The Property and Evidence Division is responsible for the overall security, storage and proper disposition of evidence obtained by officers of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. The Property & Evidence Manager and one Support Technician II are assigned to the Property and Evidence Division.It is important to call and make an appointment for any release of property.     Lewis County Superior Court Judges are authorized by law to perform wedding ceremonies in the state of Washington. Wedding ceremonies are performed at the Lewis County Courthouse Monday through Friday at 5:00 p.m., and may also be performed at other locations and times, subject to the availability of the Judges.
