  4. Household Hazardous Waste/Hazo Hut/Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQG)

    Motor Oil and Antifreeze Recycling Customers bringing oil to the Central Transfer Station, 1411 S. Tower Ave., Centralia, are only be permitted to drop off motor oil and antifreeze on Wednesdays and the first and third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., when the Hazo Hut is open. Each customer will be permitted to drop off 5 gallons of motor oil during these times. RCW 70A.224.030 limits each household to depositing 5 gallons of motor oil each day.     The Lewis County Coroner's Office employs Deputy Coroners who respond to locations where deaths have occurred in order to conduct medicolegal death investigations. Deputy Coroners are not law enforcement personnel but do work very closely in conducting investigations with all of the law enforcement agencies in the county. The Lewis County Coroner's Office currently has The Elected Coroner, Chief Deputy Coroner, one full-time Deputy Coroner, one part-time Deputy Coroner, and six on-call Deputy Coroners.
