    Within five business days after the receipt of a request, the County Records Officer and/or representatives will do one or more of the following:Make requested records available for inspection or copyingAcknowledge the receipt of the request and provide a reasonable estimate of when requested records will be available.Seek clarification of unclear requests.Deny the request and cite the legal exemption.The day the request is received does not count as one of the five (5) days.     Case records are records that relate to in-court proceedings, including case files, dockets, calendars, and the like. To view or request a copies of documents filed in a specific case or obtain a CD recording of hearings, the Court Records Request form will need to be filled out and submitted to the court. Copies are $0.25 per page, $5.00 per certified document or $20 per CD recording of hearings.
