Transportation Improvement ProgramThe Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) represents the county's transportation priorities for a six-year time period and identifies road and bridge construction, and other transportation improvement projects throughout the unincorporated county. The Annual Construction Program (ACP) represents the first year of the program. Pursuant to Washington law and administrative code (RCW 36.81.121 & WAC 136-15-150), every year Public Works prepares a TIP and ACP for adoption by the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners after a public hearing thereon. The Records Division of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office is open to serve the public Monday through Friday, (except Holidays), 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We are located in the Law and Justice Center at 345 W. Main Street, Chehalis, Washington.The records staff independently coordinates and performs a broad range of technical support services to the Operations, Corrections and Services Bureaus. Meet Arny Davis - Lewis County Treasurer Arny Davis was elected as Lewis County Treasurer and assumed office in January of 2015. He is the 28th treasurer to serve since 1850. Arny served as Chief Deputy Treasurer for two and a half years prior to becoming Lewis County Treasurer. He chairs the County Finance Committee and oversees a staff of eight at the Treasurer’s office.
