Urban Growth Area (UGA) Clean Up Project
Over time, portions of the existing Urban Growth Area (UGA) boundaries have developed mapping irregularities, split parcels, and boundary inconsistencies. These issues can lead to confusion in land use designations, planning decisions, and long-term growth management. The UGA cleanup effort is designed to correct these discrepancies and ensure the boundaries accurately reflect adopted plans.
