    Motor Oil and Antifreeze Recycling Customers bringing oil to the Central Transfer Station, 1411 S. Tower Ave., Centralia, are only be permitted to drop off motor oil and antifreeze on Wednesdays and the first and third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., when the Hazo Hut is open. Cannabis sales currently are permitted in our surrounding counties and in most of the cities located in Lewis County.
