Lewis County Investment Pool (LCIP)The LCIP is an investment pool consisting of public funds offered by the Lewis County Treasurer and authorized under RCW’s 36.29.020, 36.29.022 and 36.29.024.The LCIP was established to provide county departments as well as eligible government entities within Lewis County a mechanism whereby they may utilize the resources of the County Treasurer to maximize the potential of their surplus public funds, in a manner that optimizes safety, liquidity and return on such funds.Earnings income from the County Treasurer’s investments is distributed back to our clients, and supports local public services, reducing the amount necessary to levy …

Bring sensitive documents for shredding to Repair & Sustainability Fair
Residents may bring up to 3 bags or boxes or sensitive documents they would like to have shredded. There is no charge for this service. The shredded paper will be recycled at a paper recycling facility. The event will be offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as part of the spring Repair & Sustainability Fair at the SWFT Center at Centralia College, 807 W. Pear St.

Residents can shred sensitive documents
Sensitive Document Shredding Event at the Community Recycle Event at the old Winlock Drop Box, 1105 Winlock-Vader Road, Winlock: The mobile shredding truck will be on site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents may bring up to 3 bags or boxes or sensitive documents they would like to have shredded. There is no charge for this service. The shredded paper will be hauled to a paper recycling facility for processing.

Here's how to play: Pick up a passport upon entry to the fair at the Guest Services Building (the information gazebo), answer questions at 12 Lewis County booths to get your passport stamped for daily prizes and grand prizes at the end of the fair! Fleet Services
Fleet Services Division is responsible for purchasing, liquidating, and mechanically maintaining vehicles and heavy equipment for all departments throughout the County fleet. The fleet's maintenance locations are comprised of two separate repair facilities. Sedans and light duty pickups (up through 1-ton) are serviced and maintained at the Motor Pool facility in downtown Chehalis, and trucks rated over 1-ton, including heavy duty off-road equipment, are maintained at the Central Shop location.
