The Special Services Bureau consists of an Administrative Sergeant, Detective Sergeant, Property & Evidence Manager, Detectives, and Support Technicians. RECORDS DIVISION: The Records Division is under the direct supervision of the Administrative Sergeant and consists of eight Support Technicians. The division is responsible for the entry and maintenance of records generated by Operations Bureau and Special Services Bureau employees.     Noxious weeds are growing faster than you think! Multiple days of good spring weather in Western Washington may help pesky weeds get the jump on local farmers in their pastures, forest and gardens.  Germination of seed and growth of weeds are very temperature dependent. The optimum temperature for germination varies for individual weeds but many can germinate at low soil temperatures with adequate soil moisture.     Washington State Retail Food Code The Washington State Retail Food Code addresses current foodborne illness risks and the best methods for prevention in restaurants and many other types of food service establishments.Most food establishments are now required to have a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on staff. The CFPM must train each person in charge of implementing relevant food safety procedures. The CFPM does not have to be on site at all times, but does need to be available for training and consultation as needed.
