Recording Fee Increase on 1/1/2024
The Washington State Legislature passed Second Substitute House Bill 1474 during the 2023 legislative session. This bill increases the fee to record most documents by $100.00. Beginning January 1, 2024, the standard recording fee will be $303.50 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page.
