Lewis County residents may recycle up to 15 passenger or light truck tires on or off the rim from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 5 and May 6 at a special community recycling event at the Winlock Public Works Department, 712 NW Dexter Ave. The event is for residential customers only. Please do not bring tires from business customers, semi-truck tires or heavy equipment tires. Be prepared to show identification, and to unload your own tires. Utility Services
The Utility Services Division is responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining public systems for the supply, treatment, and distribution of water and for the collection and treatment of wastewater and stormwater. The Utility division coordinates closely with the Engineering Services' surface water engineer.
