    Bail Information The Lewis County Jail accepts bail on behalf of the court having jurisdiction over the charge an individual is booked on. The amount and type of bail is determined by the court. Posting Bail - Cash Bail Cash bail is accepted 24 hours a day. Cash may be placed in the kiosk in the main lobby during normal business hours and the release lobby after business hours.     Clematis orientalis Oriental Clematis - A moderately vigorous, climbing shrub that forms a mass of stems and grows upwards of 27 feet long.Leaves: Opposite on stems, pinnately compound with 5-7 leaflets.Flowers: Flowers bloom from June-December.     Cirsium vulgare Bull Thistle - Biennial, herbaceous plant growing about 3-7 feet tall, with one stem.Leaves: Alternate, coarsely lobed leaves. Each lobe has a spiked tip.     Lewis County residents can drop off unwanted household chemicals, up to five gallons of used motor oil, and up to 10 burned out fluorescent light bulbs at Hazo Hut at the Lewis County Central Transfer Station, 1411 S. Tower Ave., Centralia, today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. These are the limits for each household each day that the Hazo Hut is open. This time is reserved for residential customers only.
