Who is beyond the control of his or her parent such that the child’s behavior endangers thehealth, safety, or welfare of the child or other person; 2. Vader hosts 5th annual Chips for Trails Event
The Annual Chips for Trails event will take place at McMurphy Park off Annonen Road in Vader in celebration of Earth Day from 10 am. to 3 p.m. April 25. The Vader Parks Board, volunteers and city staff will be collecting branches and brush for chipping during this time. The material will be chipped up and spread onto trails of the Vader park. During the event, Lewis County residents are permitted to drop off brush and branches to be chipped that are no larger than 6 inches in diameter. No trash, leaves, building materials or plastic bags will be accepted. …

Fleet Services
Fleet Services Division is responsible for purchasing, liquidating, and mechanically maintaining vehicles and heavy equipment for all departments throughout the County fleet. The fleet's maintenance locations are comprised of two separate repair facilities. Sedans and light duty pickups (up through 1-ton) are serviced and maintained at the Motor Pool facility in downtown Chehalis, and trucks rated over 1-ton, including heavy duty off-road equipment, are maintained at the Central Shop location. Cirsium vulgare Bull Thistle - Biennial, herbaceous plant growing about 3-7 feet tall, with one stem.Leaves: Alternate, coarsely lobed leaves. Each lobe has a spiked tip.
