    Lewis County residents will have an opportunity to properly dispose of household hazardous waste and recycle several items for free at a special event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 10 at the Lewis County Road Shop, 111 Pleasant Valley Road, Winlock, WA 98596.     Lewis County Solid Waste Utility is partnering with Green Sheen Paint and the Southwest Washington Fair to offer a free paint recycling event on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Drop off unwanted paint cans and leftover paint.
