Tool Library Open House in Honor of Earth Month Today
WSU Lewis Co. MRC Volunteers invite you to stop by the Floral Park Sustainability Project, 104 E. Floral St., Centralia, to learn more about, the MRC Tool Bucket Library and how to become a volunteer for the environment. Light refreshments will be served. Anyone, at least age 18, is eligible to sign up for a 3-month trial membership to the Tool Bucket Library.

LEOFF Board
The LEOFF Disability Board was created pursuant to RCW 41.26.110 to establish uniform methods of procedure for the conduct of the business as established by state law. It is comprised of five members, one representing the legislative body of the county; one representing the legislative body of the cities and towns, one representing fire fighters, one representing law enforcement officers, and one member at large who is selected by the other board members. Bring sensitive documents for shredding to Repair & Sustainability Fair
Residents may bring up to 3 bags or boxes or sensitive documents they would like to have shredded. There is no charge for this service. The shredded paper will be recycled at a paper recycling facility. The event will be offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as part of the spring Repair & Sustainability Fair at the SWFT Center at Centralia College, 807 W. Pear St.

Learn how to test your soil at workshop in Morton
Plan to attend a WSU Lewis County Master Recycler Composter workshop to learn how to test your soil. By knowing your soil type and characteristics, you can make it better with compost.
