County seeks applicants for Public Health & Social Services Advisory Board
The Lewis County Board of Health (BOH) is accepting applications from Lewis County residents interested in serving on the Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (PHSS) Advisory Board. Applications are due by 3:00 pm on Friday, January 30.The thirteen-member volunteer board provides recommendations to the Board of Health on a variety of community health, environmental health, and social service issues. Three positions are currently open: one tribal member representative, one first responder representative, and one law enforcement representative.PHSS Advisory Board members are appointed by the BOH and serve three-year terms.
