Plan to attend Tools, Treasures, Treats & Cider, the second day of the Master Recycler Composters of Lewis County's first tool and bake sale to raise money to support the new MRC Tool Bucket Library from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 11 at the Floral Park Sustainability Park, 103 E. Floral St., Centralia. This second day of the sale will feature a cider press where members of the public are invited to bring their own apples and containers. The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program is administered by Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (PHSS). WIC services assure healthy pregnancies, healthy birth outcomes, and healthy growth and development for women, infants, and children up to age five. On January 1, 2026, all owners and operators of short-term rentals (also known as Air BnBs) will be required to register the rental through Lewis County. Owners/operators will have one calendar year to come into compliance.
