Covid - Masking Strongly Encouraged 7/11/22
Counsel/Participants/Staff:As you may have heard on the news, Lewis County is one of several counties in Washington State considered high-risk for Covid-19. The CDC recommends people wear masks in indoor public spaces when the rating is listed as high. As a measure prior to suspending jury trials once again, the Lewis County Superior Court Judges are strongly encouraging masking in Superior Court effective Monday, July 11, 2022. Lewis County Transfer Stations Open on Labor Day
Lewis County solid waste transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are open regular hours today. Centralia is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Morton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Remember that both facilities close their inbound gates 15 minutes prior to site closure. The Solid Waste Utility Administration Office in Centralia is closed on all holidays. It will resume regular hours on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
