    Christmas trees, holiday lights, cardboard shipping boxes, and wrapping paper can be dropped off for free at the East Lewis County Transfer Station, 6745 US Hwy. 12, just east of Morton, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. from Dec. 26 through Jan. 6, Mondays through Saturdays, except on the New Year's Day Holiday.
