1. Passport Applications

    The Lewis County Clerk's Office is authorized by the U.S. Department of State to accept passport applications. Passport applications may be submitted, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday.We will attempt to process passport applications for everyone that comes into the office during the hours listed above, but the Clerk's statutory duties take precedence.     Lewis County Superior Court Judges are authorized by law to perform wedding ceremonies in the state of Washington. Wedding ceremonies are performed at the Lewis County Courthouse Monday through Friday at 5:00 p.m., and may also be performed at other locations and times, subject to the availability of the Judges.   7. Lewis County Solid Waste Advisory Committee meets today (4/9)

    The Lewis County SWAC meets at 1:00 p.m. the second Wednesday of every other month in the new Lewis County Public Works Building, 57 W. Main St., Chehalis, WA 98532. If a regularly scheduled meeting lands on a holiday, members may elect to cancel the meeting or vote to meet on an alternate date. Meetings are open to the public, and offered online via Zoom.     Plan to attend Tools, Treasures & Treats, the Master Recycler Composters of Lewis County's first tool and bake sale to raise money to support the new MRC Tool Bucket Library. The two-day event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 10 and 11 at the Floral Park Sustainability Park, 103 E. Floral St., Centralia.
