  5. Design

    The Engineering Design Section develops roadway designs using local and state guidelines required for traffic volume, terrain, design speed, safety features, storm water runoff, and environmental concerns. Design production may be handled in-house or by contractors. Designs for new bridges are contracted to a structural engineer. Once the designs are complete, staff members help prepare contract specifications for open and competitive bidding by road and bridge construction companies. Inspection of contractors' construction operation are also handled by the staff from the Design, Construction, and Survey Sections.

    Once a timely and properly completed Taxpayer Petition is submitted, it will be given a petition number, entered into the computer and a copy will be given to the Assessor's Office.This Board may not acknowledge receipt of Taxpayer Petitions. However, you will be notified when a petition is denied, untimely, or incomplete.The number of petitions filed will determine the number of months the Board will be in session to hold hearings on petitions.   8. Release Information

    Juveniles can only be released to their parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian is unable to pick up the juvenile upon release, there must be prior approval from the juvenile’s Probation Officer.The parent/guardian must provide proper identification prior to the juvenile’s release.*Medication will only be released to the parent/guardian.If a parent/guardian refuses to pick up the juvenile from Juvenile Detention, the Juvenile Court staff will notify the local law enforcement agency and Child Protective Services (CPS) to report abandonment.
