    On 04/10/12 the Lewis County Coroner’s Office was awarded accreditation through the International Association of Coroners & Medical Examiners (IACME). This process began in 2011 and culminated with the inspection process on 04/10/12.     LEWIS COUNTY VOLUNTEER GAL PROGRAMThe Lewis County Volunteer Guardian ad Litem Program (GAL) trains volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children going through dependency court.
