Tower Ave., Centralia, are only be permitted to drop off motor oil and antifreeze on Wednesdays and the first and third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., when the Hazo Hut is open.     INTRODUCTIONLewis County Code LCC8.55 includes requirements to protect public drinking water sources. The regulations require that wells be surrounded by an area of sanitary control. The Sanitary Control Area is the area in which activities that could contaminate the drinking water source are not allowed.
