The Lewis County Drug Court and Family Recovery Court Programs has issued a Request for Proposals for the delivery of substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment. The solicitation seeks a Washington State licensed behavioral health agency to partner with the Lewis County Drug Court Programs to provide assessment and treatment of substance use disorders and diagnosis and treatment of mental illness in a population of up to 80 individuals (age 18+), at any given time. Hazo Hut is open in Centralia
Residents may drop of household hazardous waste for free from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Lewis County Central Transfer Station, 1411 S. Tower Ave., Centralia. Examples of household hazardous materials that can be dropped off are cleaners, lawn, garden, pool chemicals, and up to 10 burned out fluorescent lights. Friends of Seminary Hill Natural Area will be hosting their annual work day to do maintenance to the Natural Area in Centralia. The event will take place on Saturday, April 23 at 10:00 AM.
