This includes providing cleaning and sanitation services, as well as centralized mail services throughout Lewis County. The area of operation for the Facilities Division extends from Adna in the west to Packwood in the east, and from Toledo in the south to the county line in the north.     Lewis County Superior Court is a state trial court of general jurisdiction situated in Lewis County. This court has state-wide jurisdiction and hears major criminal matters (felonies), civil cases including cases involving real property, domestic relations matters, appeals from lower courts (Lewis County District and Municipal Courts), and appeals from state administrative agencies. Superior Court also has jurisdiction in adoption, probate and competency cases.Juvenile Court is a department of Superior Court and hears juvenile offender matters as well as child dependency cases.   3. Lodging Tax (tourism promotion) grant application

    The Lewis County Board of County Commissioners uses lodging tax funds to award grants to nonprofits and governmental organizations whose programs or activities promote tourism in the unincorporated areas of Lewis County."Tourism promotion," as defined in RCW 67.28.080, means activities, operations and expenditures designed to increase tourism, including but not limited to advertising, publicizing or otherwise distributing information for the purpose of attracting and welcoming tourists; developing strategies to expand tourism; operating tourism promotion agencies; and funding the marketing of or the operation of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists.To view an overview about the Lodging Tax, click …

To view or request a copies of documents filed in a specific case or obtain a CD recording of hearings, the Court Records Request form will need to be filled out and submitted to the court.
