    The Washington State Noxious Weed Board adopted the 2013 State Noxious Weed List at their November 7, 2012 meeting. The 2013 list includes a number of changes from 2012, including a few new species. All of the changes are detailed on the “What’s New” page of the Washington State Noxious Weed Board website http://www.nwcb.wa.gov/. Some of the new weed additions include: French broom, Genista monspessulana, as a Class A noxious weed.
