    The Utility Services Division is responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining public systems for the supply, treatment, and distribution of water and for the collection and treatment of wastewater and stormwater. The Utility division coordinates closely with the Engineering Services' surface water engineer.     Lewis County residents may recycle up to 12 tires per household for free during this two-day event, today and Oct. 14, at the Packwood Community Hall. Tires can be passenger or light truck tires, on or off the rim, or semi-truck tires off the rim. The event will not be able to accept any other type of tire.
